Biography: On Independence Day, 1996, former FBI Agent Gary Aldrich broke the code of silence surrounding the Clinton administration. In his book, Unlimited Access: An FBI Agent Inside the Clinton White House, Mr. Aldrich exposed the outrageous behavior and serious breaches of national security he witnessed while working in a key role in the White House. He tried to warn superiors up the FBI chain of command, but he was ignored.
Unlimited Access quickly skyrocketed to the top of the New York Times Bestseller List, where it remained for 20 weeks. To date, Unlimited Access has sold nearly a million copies and was ranked #1 on every bestseller list in the nation! In 1998 he wrote his first novel, Speak No Evil, which enjoyed brisk sales.
A 30-year veteran of the FBI, Mr. Aldrich specialized in white-collar crime, including fraud and political corruption. His newest bestseller, Thunder on the Left: An Insider’s Report on the Hijacking of the Democratic Party, applies his investigative talents and areas of expertise to expose how today’s Democratic Party has been taken over by Hard-Left zealots.
Since publication of Unlimited Access and Thunder on the Left, Mr. Aldrich has made thousands of radio, TV and personal speaking appearances, including This Week with David Brinkley, Good Morning America, Dateline, Equal Time, Hannity and Colmes, The O'Reilly Factor, Inside Edition and others. Mr. Aldrich continues to appear as an expert witness guest on many talk shows around the nation discussing the Clinton administration, corruption, the FBI, other federal agencies, issues related to law enforcement and Second Amendment rights. Mr. Aldrich has also authored editorial pieces for distinguished publications such as The Wall Street Journal, Human Events and Insight magazines, and The Daily Oklahoman newspaper. In addition, he writes weekly for Newsmax.com and Townhall.com.
Prior to retiring from the FBI, Mr. Aldrich served under former President Bush and Clinton in a national security role, but he was also assigned to the U.S. Senate and House, working closely with elected officials on a variety of issues.
Given Mr. Aldrich's past experience, he has a particular passion to intercede in the plight of ethical dissenters currently under attack by the media or by corrupt federal agencies. In January 1998 Mr. Aldrich founded The Patrick Henry Center for Individual Liberty, a non-profit foundation dedicated to promoting the U.S. Constitution and Bill of Rights and supporting the right of citizens to engage in ethical dissent. Mr. Aldrich also has a special interest in protecting the rights of our young college students to engage in debate about important issues of the day, free of fear from the intolerance of the "politically correct."
