Vouchers Deemed Unconstitutional?

The Florida Supreme Court stuck down the school voucher program claiming it violates The Florida Constitution requirement of a free public education.
First, there is no such thing as a free education. Anyone who pays property taxes can attest to this. And anyone who has kids in school who write those checks each year at enrollment can attest to the same.
The larger question here is what our tax money goes to when we dump it into the public education system. Our children are no longer able to exercise their freedoms as most of us know them to be from the United States Constitution.
They cannot pray in school, they cannot be taught in many places about Creationism. They cannot say Merry Christmas, they cannot sing Christmas songs. They cannot pray before athletic events.
They are taught Evolution, and they are taught how to have safe sex at early ages. They are taught that being Christian is not PC, they are taught that many social practices such as homosexuality are perfectly fine. They are taught many things that a large part of American parents dislike. Yet the curriculums keep getting voted in, religious rights can get voted out, and a liberal agenda is the norm for most public schools all the way through college.
So why does the Florida Supreme Court, or any other court feel they have the right to force parents to place their kids into a system of education and values that is in complete opposition to those parents’ ethics? The liberals have managed to force Darwin and Abortion into the picture, but we who are in opposition to those agendas have no say?
We as American tax payers ought to be able to call the shots, not the ACLU or anyone else. If they desire their children to go to a school where their way of thinking is taught, so be it. But it should not come out of the pockets of those who desire a different education. The liberals screamed that their tax monies were wasted by schools that taught Christianity and Creationism and sued to have those pulled from public school.
We should also sue and fight to keep the right to have our children educated in the ways we desire them to be educated. Whether it is a public school where our values are allowed, or to use vouchers as a means to obtain that education elsewhere, the choice should be up to us as parents and citizens. But we should NOT be forced to pay for the immoral and liberal curriculum that has been foisted upon us by liberals. While it is not cost efficient to split a school district into two parts and allow parents to choose where their tax money will go, it is quite effective to allow the use of that money to educate your children any way you think is best. So why deny that chance to families who make a choice other than public school? This forces us to make a choice that is mandated by government as to how our children are educated.
It is a monopoly of the worst kind, a monopoly formed and run by the government in order to force all children into a liberal way of thinking. I know people who are of the opinion that Florida public schools are nothing to brag about, with Florida ranking 46th of 50 states in spending for education. So it is no surprise they desire to enforce by law the mandatory spending on those schools. They saw the revenue drop and the liberals were not as strong in financial support as they were in political conviction. In my opinion, the Florida Supreme Court made a decision based on finances, not freedom or the pursuit of happiness, not even based on ethics or sound education. In short, they wanted the cash to stay in public schools.
I truly hope the people of Florida can eventually over turn this ruling one way or another, and allow parents to fund whatever institution they deem acceptable for their children and not what the government mandates.
All anyone has to do is look at the actions of our politicians and ask themselves if they really want their children to grow up like them. And with government mandated education, this is exactly what our future generations will be.
