The Dhimmitude of the West

I have been concerned over the reaction of the West when it comes to Islamic protests and the propensity to roll over for them like puppies getting a scolding from their masters.
The latest episode of Mohammed cartoons showed us the media and governments of the USA and Europe, as well as the rest of the free world are quickly willing to ease any tensions between Islam and the rest of civilization by submitting to their demands. The funny thing is, that most citizens of the aforementioned countries are appalled at the lack of backbone displayed by their governments and media when Islam cries foul.
When one looks at the history of Islam and the ideology of Dhimmitude, it is an astonishingly clear concept practiced in Islamic countries with regard to those who desire to practice their own religions outside of Islam. In essence, it is the submission to Islam by those who refuse to believe in the writings and mission of Mohammed. The idea is to basically make life so hard as a non-Muslim that they eventually will have to change if they desire an equal place in society. Excessive taxes are to be paid to Muslims by those who “are not compelled” to Islam which eases the tax burden on Muslims.
Not having the same legal or social rights as Muslims is another step to force people to eventually accept Islam. Malaysia is a prime example of this as the court systems are heavily biased against Christians and Buddhists and as seen last year, people can be sent to prison for even discussing other religions with Muslims. The arrogance of Islam equals that of Hitler. They perceive themselves to be the top of the food chain, and all others must eventually submit or pay the price of being enslaved under a system that will never allow them to succeed as equals.
And we see this all over in the civilized world when Muslims begin moving in. The submission starts slowly, by them using the accepting laws of the West by allowing them to move in and worship as they please. They build their mosques; they start businesses, and begin to create areas where they become dominant. As evidenced in areas of Illinois and Florida where mosques which have suspected ties to Hamas and other terror groups have been in place, the neighborhoods slowly become Muslim dominant.
You have organizations such as CAIR that has a questionable past with people being linked to that group sitting in prison currently for ties to terrorism. In my opinion, such a group should not even be allowed to exist in this nation and should be treated as any other dangerous entity. Nihad Awad of CAIR openly supported Hamas in a statement cited on the Anti-CAIR web site. Muslims have pushed for Sharia in Canada, Birmingham England has been inundated with Muslims protesting, Hamtramck Michigan allows mosques to blare Islamic prayer 5 times a day, even when it is offensive to non-Muslims. Had the tables been turned, the Muslims would be protesting their right not to have to listen to the same loudspeaker systems calling for the worship of Jesus or the prayers that were broadcast in Hebrew. So it seems to me that the governments of this world have slowly been submitting to Islam, therefore becoming Dhimmis in the strict sense of the word. They have ceded the rights of their own citizens and submitted to the desires of Muslims. Islam will win this battle if allowed to continue it’s whine and cry tactics to be allowed rights not even afforded citizens of nations where they infiltrate. But I still wonder why the governments and liberals bow to the demands of these people. Liberals simply want to appease anyone they fear, so I understand that. What was seen in France during the riots and what has been seen globally of late due to a cartoon being printed is simply what any government can expect when Islam does not get it’s way.
The media hid facts that those same cartoons were printed in Muslim papers as well, but no riots were conducted in those nations. The media also feared to print the fact that images of Mohammed have been around for hundreds of years in the Middle East with no bloodshed. The mosques in England that call for destruction and murder, even of government officials in those nations are still allowed to practice their religion. Yet the Nazi Party and KKK cannot demonstrate the exact basis of their beliefs without great repercussion, nor should they be able to. Otherwise we would have Jews and Blacks being persecuted daily, along with other races and religions.
So why is it we allow Islam to exist in our nations? Why do our governments shy away and make excuses for Muslims, even when they call for domination and special rights? The Koran itself is reason enough to stop Islam from existing as an organized religion, the Hadiths even more reason. We can never coexist peacefully with those who plan to eventually fully dominate and destroy those who refuse their doctrines. They call for the extermination of the Jewish race from their mosques. Leaders of Islamic nations plot about the destruction of Israel constantly, as well as promote terror and slavery.
What is it we fear? The only reason they did not rampage in America as they did in France was that many of us own guns and have no issue shooting at those who fire bomb our cars and homes. They are massively outnumbered and so they walk more softly. But we saw France burn, and we saw the Islamic world in rampage over a cartoon. They did so because they think they have this right as Muslims. No other religion can ever slam Mohammed or Islam, yet they are fully entitled to teach that Jews are monkeys and pigs, and that all infidels should be either Dhimmis or dead.
Why should Islam be dictating to the West what we can or cannot speak or print? If they would simply launch a protest like any other religious group people would perhaps have a little sympathy for them. But to incite death and mutilation over a cartoon should be enough to begin a mass deportation of any adherent of Islam. What gives Islam the right to tell anyone how they can exercise free speech or opinion? To allow this is a dangerous precedence, and in my opinion those cartoons should have been published in every paper in the free world as well as television as a statement that we will NOT submit to their ideology and we will continue our way of life as we have for centuries.
We are already paying a Dhimmi tax to Hamas as it is in the form of government funding to the Palestinians. We allow them to preach hatred form mosques and demand Sharia and offensively loud prayers to a god that calls for the submission of non-Muslims and the destruction of Jews and Christians. We have already become Dhimmis in many ways, we cannot continue this or we will see the end of freedom as we know it. Just as any other Muslim country restricts free thought and personal freedoms, the same awaits those who bend to Islam in the West.
The MSM and governments are already Dhimmis, it is now up to us citizens of the Free World to turn this around and keep our way of life intact. I, for one have no desire to enslave myself to the tenets of Islam or the farce of a prophet like Mohammed. I may not like what many think or do, but I defend their right to do so as long as it does not harm society. Is Islam harmful to society?
Ask France; ask the Netherlands, the Danes, the Sudanese, Israelis, the parents of the children who died in Moscow, and the families of the 9-11 victims.
