How To Destroy America
"Government is not a solution to our problem[s],
government is the problem." -- Ronald Reagan

It's Time to Worry about Global COOLING

"...an utterly corrupt new religion called environmentalism..."
If the history of this planet's climate over millions of years is any guide, we are about to enter a new ice age.

CAIR spokesman Ibrahim Hooper indicated in a 1993 interview with the Minneapolis Star Tribune that he wants to see the United States become a Muslim country.
A Little of Everything

Supreme Court and Affirmative Action

For the first time since Bakke, the Supreme Court will hear a significant Affirmative Action case. At issue? Michigan's policy of adding "points" to minority applicants simply because they have black skin. Republicans are missing a golden opportunity to loudly push the two dirty secrets of black failure: Bad Democrat-run schools, and a black culture so virulently anti-white that every aspect of white culture is rejected, particularly education.

Wouldn't this be a great time to shove the voucher issue in the faces of Democrats, who desperately need black failure to keep their most dependant voting block? Instead, Republicans are considering support for a memorial to slavery. Could there be a greater synopsis for the entire issue of race in modern America?

Democrats Can see the Future!!!

Democrats rose up and attacked George Bush's "tax cuts for the rich" in a unified chorus that would make the Mormon Tabernacle Choir envious. And this was a week before anyone knew what they were! Tax cuts would, of course, put more money into the economy, creating jobs for the poor and downtrodden. This proves once again, Democrats will trample over a thousand poor people to throw a rock at a rich man.

Democrats are trotting out John Corzine to attack the Bush tax cut, as if his "business" experience gives credibility. Corzine a business expert? He made his money by trading stocks in the "pick 'em by throwing darts" 90s, not by building a business. Real American capitalism is so amazingly successful that even a dopey communist like Ted Turner can become a millionaire.

Incidentally, there have been three tax cuts and three tax increases since 1960. Can you name them, and can you pick which ones led to faster or slower federal revenue growth? Answer later…

AOL Carpetbagger

Steve Case gave his four-month notice to AOL/Time Warner. He steps down after dreaming up AOL, then engineering the mega-merger that singlehandedly drove the stock price from 56 to 15. Maybe it was the liberal slant of AOL. Or maybe it was the liberal slant of Time. Or the liberal drivel of HBO. Or maybe people are simply tired of annoying pop-ups. Anyway, it's one more liberal media icon tumbling into the gutter.

Mark this down: when net technology can replicate current TV performance, network media will be dead. Utterly dead.

Katie Couric

Couric couldn't have shoved her nose further up Prince Saul Al Faisal's skirt. She asked him "Only 16% of Saudis support the United States. Can you tell us why?" Sure, Katie. Because the Saudis allowed the most radical Wahabbis to take control of the Saudi schools, where they preach America hatred against the nation that single handedly protected their oil fields from the rampaging Iraqi army a decade ago, while donating billions in foreign aid.

Katie Couric is really looking old. Nothing funny. It's just good to know that she suffers when she wakes up in the mirror. Now that all that "cute" is gone, she's just another liberal hag.

Weird and the Weirder

Arianna Huffington's "Detroit Project" produced an anti-SUV ad that copycats the anti-drug ads, insinuating America's most popular automobiles are supporting terrorists by using more gasoline. For credibility, Huffington drives a new 50 MPG Toyota Prius. Of course, someone else is now driving her old road yacht around the California freeways, guzzling up terrorist-sponsored gas. Her SUV attack is supported by famous liberals such as People for the American Way founder Norman Lear, who has personally assured me he be selling his massive 25,000 square foot energy wasting estate (complete with 21-car garage), private limo and luxury car fleet, and private jet. Then, he'll buy a modest one-bedroom heat-saving condo in Manhattan Beach and a Vespa scooter. You can count on it.

Joe 2

Joe Lieberman officially announced his candidacy, prompting the usual whisperings about his Jewish religion. But except for the KKK, Jesse Jackson and Hillary Clinton, who in America is really anti-Semitic anymore?

AND…I wonder if anyone will ask Lieberman if he is aware that his Jewish faith and Bob Jones University share one very interesting belief: racially "pure" marriages?

War Breakfast

This week, North Korea's Kim Jong Il proclaimed that any economic sanctions would be considered an "act of war." Soon after, Donald Rumsfeld announced that any "act of eating breakfast" would be considered an act of war. Okay, not really. But wouldn't it be cool? Unfortunately, the Bush Administration has decided to extend olive branches to North Korea, obviously unwilling - or unable- to take on two wars at once.

Instead of encouraging China and Russia to nudge the wacky folks above the 38th Parallel to calm down and go back to their guns-and-starvation version of communism, avoiding a nuclear Japan in the process, Bush has opted to offer fuel if the North Koreans would just stop making naughty weapons. Sound familiar? It's the same dopey Clinton/Carter agreement that made this mess in the first place. I like Bush, Rumsfeld, Condi Rice, Paul Wolfowitz and yes, even Colin Powell. But it must be said: It's one thing to bend over backwards for international diplomacy. It's another to bend over frontwards.

John Edwards

The same day, John Edwards announced his candidacy, Bill Frist was saving the lives of accident victims on his way to the Senate. Can't you see Bill Frist helping a victim into an ambulance, and John Edwards chasing it down the road? (I stole this from the beautiful and brilliant Cheri Jacobis. I don't care. EVERYBODY should use this line until he retires in shame)

VOTE NEVER!!!

Polling Voters News Service, the consortium created be networks to offer estimates on national political races as been disbanded after blowing the 2000 election, then not even showing up for the 2002 contest. This confirms what we've always suspected, that networks have no clue whatsoever what's going on at the polls until the votes are counted. Now, the networks can revert to their old policy of election coverage: lying.

Philabortion

Struggling Phil Donohue brought up an issue that had been simmering quietly for over 20 years: abortion. Considered too divisive in 1994 by Newt Gingrich's conservative Congressional revolution, the last decade has seen a huge shift against most abortion practices. And liberals look nasty supporting grisly partial birth abortions. Better yet, the National Organization of Women and NARAL have morphed into man-hating baby-killing lesbians. Nobody likes them. Nobody respects them. And nobody listens to them. And abortion is losing support.

RIP Maurice Gibb

BeeGees- Maurice Gibb died this week, at a mere 53 years old. On one hand, you might suspect he's enjoyed a seriously fun life. On the other hand, you might suspect he's just paid for it. Either way, the poor guy will forever be associated as one of the architects of the Disco Revolution. Man, that's a tough cross to drag up to the Pearly Gates.

Liberal Racism

Michael Moore, the perpetual blowhard far-left liberal schmuck (OK, lots of extra adjectives, but I want them all) made an international boor of himself this week. First, at his one-man show in London, he offered a very capitalist but very insulting on-stage tantrum about his $750-per-night paycheck. A modest fee, to be sure, but then again he's about 1/1,000 as entertaining as Shaquille O'Neil. Or N'Sync, for that matter.

Then, echoing his stupid new book, Stupid White Men, Moore doubled down his insults and offended half the world by claiming if black men were on the ill-fated airplanes of September 11th, they would have overwhelmed the "skinny bodies" of the Arab terrorists with their obvious zeal for physical violence. Wow. And you thought only Jesse Jackson, Bill Clinton, Hillary Clinton, Robert Byrd, and Al Sharpton were racists.

Speaking of Sharpton,

…did you know he is trailing Joe Lieberman in the polls…among black voters? Geez… can't these racists get their act together? C'mon…c-can't we all…j-just…n-not get along???

Trivia Answer:

-The Kennedy tax cut doubled growth and jacked up tax revenues.
-The Johnson/Carter tax increases created stagflation (and raided Social Security)
-The Reagan tax cuts created the greatest economic boom in American history, and doubled tax revenue
-The Bush tax increase slowed the economy and slowed revenue growth.
-The Clinton tax increase almost created a recession, slowing revenue growth
-The Republican tax cuts in 1994 created the second-longest economic expansion in history, and revenue growth doubled.

AND- the slow growth of 2000-2002 was produced when Alan Greenspan jacked up interest rates, and the economy has still not recovered.

HOWEVER- the initial Bush tax cuts produced a respectable 3% growth rate in 2002. Revenues haven't followed, and won't until we get a substantial tax cut.

United States of Who?

Polls reveal that Americans support attacking Iraq if the United Nations gives its blessing. Not otherwise. Of course, Bush could go in unilaterally and tick everyone off. But if we prove Iraq had stores of bad stuff, the nation would rally behind Bush. I'm guessing he knows things nobody else does. He better. Americans have lost the concept of sovereignty, believing we should knuckle under to a bunch of arrogant bickering babblers. Who just happen to hate Americans.

Here are four scenarios for Iraq's defeat:

1-America goes in, takes control of Baghdad, and captures/kills Hussein
2-Hussein admits he's got naughty weapons, allows Iraq to be stripped of them, and keeps power.
3-Hussein flees to Syria
4-Hussein runs into his bunker and does a Hitler; blowing his brains out.

Here's a prediction: a little of everything.

Hussein will ask the Republican Guard to valiantly fight the invading American force. When the bombs start dropping, he flees to Syria. The fighting stops and we take over Iraq, interview the scientists and discover most of the chemical and biological weapons were moved to Syria. Once America secures Baghdad, the sights are reset on Damascus.

You heard it here first.

The United States Is Being Overthrown By Our Politicians - "A silent but all-reaching coup is taking place within the United States. This coup is not being directed by bomb-laden Muslim terrorists, nor will it ever be covered by the mainstream media. The seditious act is being carried out by our very own elected officials, with President Bush leading the insurrection."
"The FDA has conveniently used the excuse of looking out for consumer safety to increase their perverse regulatory power, undermine free speech, disrupt commerce, and generally get in the way of helping people improve their health. The "half-truth" of the safety issue is used as a ploy to reduce the rights of Americans, one freedom at a time. Once again, the FDA is seeking more police power to intimidate supplement companies. This is one step in an overall FDA master plan to eliminate therapeutic nutritional supplements from the free market. Those who lose are the American public." The FDA - A Wolf in Sheep's Clothing
