How To Destroy America
"Government is not a solution to our problem[s],
government is the problem." -- Ronald Reagan

It's Time to Worry about Global COOLING

"...an utterly corrupt new religion called environmentalism..."
If the history of this planet's climate over millions of years is any guide, we are about to enter a new ice age.

CAIR spokesman Ibrahim Hooper indicated in a 1993 interview with the Minneapolis Star Tribune that he wants to see the United States become a Muslim country.
The Election 2006 Mandate Myth
By Bob Parks (11/10/06)

Before we start buying all the glorious media analysis of the Democrat ass-whuppin' of the Republicans last Tuesday, let's agree on one thing: some of us aren't taking this lying down.

Twelve years ago, Republicans were basking in the glory that was total victory. Victory over a president that bamboozled the public into thinking he was a “new” Democrat. Today we have Illinois Congressman Rahm Emanuel, chairman of the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee, claiming that they won this year because liberals moved to the middle, isolating far-right conservatives.

You know, “new” Democrats.

What continues to astonish me are the inflated egos of these liberals. When defeated, they claimed Republicans managed to stealth their way into Democrat districts, blocked voters from entering polling places, and subsequently stole an election. Twice. But when Democrats finally win, it’s “the will of the people.” Talk about nerve….

We’ve been told that the new Lady Speaker, Nancy Pelosi, won’t seek impeachment on President Bush for supposedly lying about intelligence that led up to the Iraq War. Now, subpoena-hungry Congressman Henry Waxman will probably end up as chair of the House Government Reform Committee, and will attempt to tarnish everyone in Bush’s cabinet.

While playing to the panting hoards in the liberal blogsphere, it will eventually come back to The War and everyone in the Bush Administration who “lied” while people died and told the American people that Saddam Hussein had the weapons of mass destruction we’ve never found.

"Saddam Hussein has been engaged in the development of weapons of mass destruction technology which is a threat to countries in the region and he has made a mockery of the weapons inspection process."
· Nancy Pelosi, December 16, 1998

Like the Democrats of old, this newly installed crop were light on the substance of their positions during the campaign. Sure, promising a minimum wage hike sounded nice and many bought that promise. Just wait until those on minimum wage take a good look at their paychecks and see just how much more the government will be confiscating.

I hope they thank the Democrats.

And let’s not let the mainstream media off the hook, as they were active partisan participants in this new Democrat “mandate”.

We’ve been told that people are so broke in this country that they have to join the military and risk life and limb in Iraq because their future at home is so bleak. The national unemployment rate hovers near four point four percent…. FOUR POINT FOUR PERCENT, yet Democrats and the media told the American people that our economy was the worst in years, and it was Bush’s fault.

Since the election, have any of you heard the media tell us how bad the economy is? Maybe because Democrats are in control now, everything’s all better now.

The stock market is setting new record highs almost every day, yet liberals got away telling us that the profits were only going to the rich. Tell that to the little people with 401ks when their next quarterly report comes in.

Since the election, have any of you heard how unfair the stock market is and how it’s only enriching those who don’t really need it? Maybe because Democrats are in control now, everything’s all better now.

We’ve been told that we are the problem in Iraq and my own Senator blamed that on stupid troops. Okay, I know that’s not what he meant.

Officials from Mexico to Syria are now telling us that the Cowboy Bush has been taught a lesson. Terrorist nations report dancing in the streets and the optimism that the Americans will now be withdrawn from the Middle East. Mexico expects amnesty for the millions of illegal aliens here, and those to come.

How many stories have been presented to the American people calling the terrorist insurgents in Iraq the problem? To date, those insurgents the far left calls “freedom fighters” have killed 150,000 of their own people, but we still have to account for “abuses” at Guantanamo Bay and the Abu Ghraib prison.

Maybe President Bush will have the last laugh as he, in a recent press conference, asked the Democrats for any suggestions how to win the war. I’ll bet we’ll be waiting on that answer for quite a while. Bush may not say it anymore, but I will: the only suggestion Democrats have is get out as soon as possible. To hell with the 150,000 now dead and the many thousands more who will be killed for working with Americans.

Democrats will subpoena all the ham sandwiches in D.C. The media will parrot that notion that the Republicans were corrupt and some sure as hell were. But when a leading Democrat has a shady million-dollar land deal in Nevada, or a Democrat congressman under investigation for bribery was caught on videotape accepting $100,000 in $100 bills from an FBI informant and the cash is later found hidden in his freezer, that’s not news. Mark Foley is.

One note: Foley’s actions were indefensible, but he didn't break the law. Reid and Jefferson probably did, and still have that funny money in their pockets.

In the aftermath of one of the “stolen” elections, Democrats claimed we needed electronic voting, and then proceeded to rush the process, bitched about the haste in the set-up, yet ACORN has been busted for attempting to rig the vote for Democrats more than once.

A federal grand jury in Kansas City indicted four from the Association of Community Organizations for Reform Now for submitting at least 15,000 voter registration forms with fictitious names, phony signatures and bogus addresses. That is illegal.

In Minnesota, authorities founds hundreds of voter registration cards in the trunk of a car owned by a former ACORN worker suspected of registering voters twice so he could double his fees. That is illegal.

Newly-elected Missouri Democrat Claire McCaskill beat Republican incumbent Jim Talent, while ACORN officials turned in some 20,000 questionable voter registration forms. When the investigation is completed, ACORN may be caught breaking the law again. Hopefully Henry Waxman may call some of their workers to explain why they tried, and maybe succeeded in rigging this election.

We have no idea just what ACORN got away with, and ACORN operates nationwide.

The late night comics are also eating up the Republican bitch slap.

We have so-called comedians like Bill Maher saying that John Kerry should call out “draft-dodger” Bush. This is the same Bill Maher who probably never thought of enlisting and went to Cornell. Bush will have no chance against a foreign policy expert like Maher whose film credits include “D.C. Cab” and “Cannibal Women in the Avocado Jungle of Death.”

Former senator and Democratic presidential candidate George McGovern, now relevant, will meet with members of Congress to develop a strategy to remove U.S. troops from Iraq by June. Despite the recent 180 degree turnaround by Senator Dick Durbin, who NOW says there is no timetable to withdraw troops, McGovern said "I think the Democratic leadership is wise enough to know that if they're going to follow the message that election sent, they're going to have to take steps to bring the war to a conclusion."

That’s just what the terrorist's wanted to here.

So after Election 2006, the world is a happy place. Democrats were elected on many promises. Democrats have reniged on election promises before. Will they be held accountable? Probably not by a softball throwing media that swooned over the new Speaker Pelosi, while if you remember, Newt Gingrich was basically called a bigot by Sam Donalson the day after in 1994.

Republicans had better get their act together. CYA didn't work, and our President will be looking for the legacy now. It's a sure bet that the Democrats will do everything to screw that up and they have a whole two years to do it.

The Democrat mandate is a myth built on false campaign promises. The American people bought it. Let’s see who really ends up paying in the long run.

The United States Is Being Overthrown By Our Politicians - "A silent but all-reaching coup is taking place within the United States. This coup is not being directed by bomb-laden Muslim terrorists, nor will it ever be covered by the mainstream media. The seditious act is being carried out by our very own elected officials, with President Bush leading the insurrection."
"The FDA has conveniently used the excuse of looking out for consumer safety to increase their perverse regulatory power, undermine free speech, disrupt commerce, and generally get in the way of helping people improve their health. The "half-truth" of the safety issue is used as a ploy to reduce the rights of Americans, one freedom at a time. Once again, the FDA is seeking more police power to intimidate supplement companies. This is one step in an overall FDA master plan to eliminate therapeutic nutritional supplements from the free market. Those who lose are the American public." The FDA - A Wolf in Sheep's Clothing
