Democrats Must Step Forward
By John A. Ross (12/14/06)
For four years Democratic Apparatchiks, or socialists, have condemned President Bush’s prosecution of the war on terror, the removal of Saddam Hussein from power and the management of Iraq. Selling American voters on an undisclosed notion that they have a better plan, both houses of congress were captured by the Democrats last month. Having the majority in both houses of congress, Democrats must now put their cards on the table and share with the American people how they propose to cooperatively defeat Islamofacsism with President Bush.
Supported by Iran and Syria, terrorists are using the Chinese Sun Tsu method of slowly killing and maiming our troops, which is designed to diminish our will to fight as the North Vietnamese did. Unlike the Vietnamese War where so-called “Peace Movement” advocates could hide behind the discredited United Nations, today’s ‘morphed’ liberals have become America’s Fifth Column. Receiving tacit support from, as they did during the Vietnam War, American “internationalists” that call themselves liberals, Democrats must now decide which side they are really on.
Deprived of their traditional European Socialist’s shared beliefs because they were, unlike most liberal Americans, taught about radical Islam’s brutal history America’s Fifth Column, or Peace Movement, must now share their “better plan” with all Americans. Saddled with the responsibility for all Americans and not just their socialist brethren around the world, America’s purported Democrats must now divulge their true allegiance. More specifically, will the Democrat’s control of the Congress and the Senate optimally lead to better protecting Americans, or will it be used to promote international socialism?
Pitting Americans against one another using bogus emotional sensationalism in time of war is, in this writer’s opinion, blatant sedition. Readers unfamiliar with the word ‘sedition’ will find that it typically means: Insurrection against lawful authority.
Despite the obvious tactics used by the “Peace Movement,” or America’s Fifth Column, the 86% of Americans that consider themselves to be politically moderate are tired of being manipulated by “liberals.” Proof of America’s rejection of the “Peace Movement,” or The Fifth Column, is the utter failure of mainstream media and press sources that continue to lose money and readership. Caught blatantly lying and promoting emotionally charged half-truths, Americans are learning to expect and subsequently reject the liberals’ agenda.
Handed the so-called chance of a life time, Democrats, not the “Peace Movement,” or America’s Fifth Column, can now constructively work with President Bush, or squander the opportunity the American people have given them.
The aforementioned politically moderate 86%, or Eighty-Sixers, of Americans also, not surprisingly, believe in God. Tired of being manipulated like an imbecile by agenda driven extremist “liberals,” Americans are proud of their country, flag and military. In this environment, it is highly recommended that the liberal fringe controlling the Democratic Party step back and understand that America’s “Eighty-Sixers” want to win in Iraq and do not believe they are evil as portrayed by the left.
