Microsoft Continues to be a monopoly
By Malcolm Hedges (12/27/06)
Now MicroSoft is trying to get a cut of the RSS (blog world) by using patents.
The worlds greatest creator of mediocre to crap level software is blundering forth to try to get money for things it didn't have the brains to create but managed to bluff the idiots at the patent office into thinking they did.
MicroCrap stuff is famous for never working until the idiot public pays for it and then does the real beta testing. Windoes 98 never worked and customers were required to pay for Windoes 98 SE to get a working version. (Windoes ME just kinda fell of of the face of the earth)
They have been caught countless times destroying competitors using monopoly related schemes and just plain nasty methods.
Ok they managed to generate some good things, but it was probably an accident.
From day one with the con of IBM into using DOS 1.0 (which didn't work) on the original PC, nothing much has ever changed.
Quantity has always been their motto, quality is not ever mentioned in their busyness model.
Actually it's no big surprise because it is totally dedicated to Progressive agendas and Progressive really is just another label that means mediocre.
BeOS, Dr-DOS, NT4 and soon Windows 2000 squashed by MS, even though they created a couple of them themselves.
In spite of the best efforts of MS, NT4 and W2K are pretty good operating systems. Windoes XP is a total joke and Vista promises to reach new lows of productivity.
MicroSoft, would it be too much to ask to have you serve the computing people and get a reasonable return?
