Congress Continues to Increase Support for Islamic Terrorists

Instead of insisting that terrorists actually pay the price for their actions, the beholden-to-leftists-for-their-financial-support Congressional Democrats (and their attendant RINOs) have again voted against the United States of America and in favor of Islamo-fascism. With their continuing insistence that the US refuse to fight the enemies of its country and the world, members of the Democrat-controlled US Congress are escalating their support of and for terrorism and the terrorists. Despite a January Senate Committee’s expressed approval of Lt. Gen. David Petraeus’ leadership in Iraq, on Tuesday 28 March this same Senate voted in favor of a US troop pull-out from that country. It also set a "date-certain" of 31 March 2008 for the end of all US troop deployment in that country. The terrorists and all others working toward the destruction of the USA, which now strongly appears to include our Democrat "leaders", must be thrilled! It also appears that each time the Iranian Islamic fascists issue some new threat - the latest involving their taking of British hostages - the firmly leftist and subservient-to-terrorists Democrats cave and offer the enemies to our country even more concessions. Now that Congressional leftists are in control of both legislative houses, the Chamberlainesque philosophy of appeasing one’s enemies is increasing strength in the US Congress. Just as Neville Chamberlain attempted to placate Adolph Hitler, the Democrats seem bound and determined to employ the same tactic with all current regimes of the combined Islamo-fascist and Islamo-Nazi movements. Note: This pacification policy did not work during World War II and it will not work now. In fact, during WW II, it created an environment in which it was substantially easier for Hitler and the Nazis to seize additional European countries - and power.
I find it difficult to believe that our leaders have not learned a whit from history. Certainly, most of them have been taught about prior wars and the inherent insanity and, at the very least, impossible position of employing appeasement. Therefore, I am left with the inescapable reality and conclusion that they have no intention of allowing the USA to survive any longer than their terms of office. In truth, they are now bent upon legislating both its defeat and dissolution. One must wonder what magnificent mansion bunkers these conciliators have already built for themselves and their own families. And—where have they constructed them? Surely, they have no intention of suffering the same fate they have now decided for the rest of us. The elite leftists never do. To the contrary, they consider themselves to be above and beyond the fate of the more ‘common folk’. However, after their planned fall of the USA to terrorists occurs—said terrorists will come after them. Perhaps our Democrat and RINO leaders believe that the Islamo-fascists will save them for last. Don’t count on it. The leaders of a conquered country are traditionally some of the first to be terminated—especially the appeasers.
Still, the Democrats are obsessed with defeating our country. And they have found a somewhat creative way to affect it. Instead of voting to defund the Iraq War (as is their Constitutional right), both Houses of Congress approved a bill allocating $121.7 billion to fund US troops in both Iraq and Afghanistan—but, only if our troops pull out of Iraq by a specific date! Who said Democrats couldn’t have their cake and eat it too? With their “we-surrender” bill, they found a way to do it! Then they quickly passed it, just as President Bush’s and General Petraeus’ troop surge is actually working. As public opinion was growing for the US troop-surge, the Democrats had little time to spare. With the Democrats passage of the pull out/US surrender bill, they have no intention of taking any blame for the genocide that will occur after the troops leave Iraq. Besides, they did it in Viet Nam. So, there is an historic reference as to how they view genocide. As long as it doesn’t directly affect them, they don’t care. Note: They also don’t care about the Islamic terrorist factions currently within the United States. They, along with their ACLU, work diligently to give terrorists greater rights—not fewer.
Thus, with our Democrat-run Congress, we can expect further acquiescence to terrorists and apologies that we yahoos in the US apologize for defending ourselves and assisting our allies. These Democrat leaders have also promised and are succeeding in keeping the country in complete chaos before the 2008 presidential elections. National security is, at best, a tertiary concern to them. After all, power is the god of these entities. And unless the USA is defeated in Iraq, Democrats will have been proven wrong and each Democrat electee’s power position will be in grave jeopardy. Nineteenth and early twentieth century British historian Lord Acton said: “Power tends to corrupt. Absolute power corrupts absolutely.” This observation has never been more accurate than it is today, as applied to our current crop of Democrat leaders. And these leaders want the rest of us to simply roll over, submit to the Islamo-fascists and accept their proclamations for our death. Are you willing to do so?
