Feminist Violence Training Drives Injustice

Respecting Accuracy in Domestic Abuse Reporting (RADAR) has released a new report titled "Education For Injustice".(1) The report confirms what some of us have known for some time: Feminist jurisprudence is not about law - it is oriented towards replacing due process with radical feminist agenda.
We do know that men and women are equal initiators of domestic violence.(2,3) While women are more often injured, men are more likely to end up dead. Self-defense accounts for only 10-20% of female partner aggression.(4,5,6)
Despite these facts, the Department of Justice Office on Violence Against Women grossly misrepresents the facts and etiology of domestic violence, creating a very dangerous and counterproductive mindset from which other federal policy springs forth. For example, the DOJ calls for men to take a pledge to stop violence against women, but makes no such call for women to do so.(7)
The National Family Violence Prevention Fund takes this misinformation and builds it into mandated “training” courses that judges, prosecutors, and police must take – and execute -- under threats of feminist revenge. Feminist state coalitions add agenda, tailoring it to maximize impact at the state level.
Department of Justice statistics are often biased or incorrect. Hotlines do not collect statistics on calls from men. Men often do not call hotlines when women are violent because they have been trained to “take it like a man”. One study found that male DV victims are nine times less likely than female victims to summon the police.(8) Hotline advertising speaking only to women sends a message to men that if women are violent, men should not call them.
In America, we once believed that a man is “innocent until proven guilty”. Today, a man is presumed guilty as alleged and should be punished to be “cautious” (9) . The Duke Rape case is a pristine example. It is also unusual because the Duke Lacrosse players had the financial resources to prove that Crystal Mangum was a liar.
Here are a few examples of federally-approved “training materials” used on judges, prosecutors, and police -- threatening them to comply with feminist agenda:
· “If you’ve got any hint whatsoever there’s a problem, sign the TRO. Don’t take the chance.”(10)
· “Quite frankly, the standard really is by a preponderance of credible evidence. That’s what the law is. But what he’s saying to ya, ‘Don’t make that mistake at three o’clock in the morning.’(11)
· You may be a little tired. Err on the side of being cautious.”(12)
· “So don’t get callous about the fact that these people are pestering you again. You know, grant the restraining order.” (13)
· Your job is not to become concerned about all the constitutional rights of the man that you’re violating as you grant a restraining order. Throw him out on the street, give him the clothes on his back, and tell him, ‘See ya’ around.”(14)
America is witnessing human rights atrocities committed right here in America by the United States Government, The American Bar Association, and the Courts – all specifically funded to carry out feminist mandates. Dr. Murray Straus explains why Congress permits it:
“… social scientists tend deliberately to close their eyes to excesses and incorrect statements by feminists because they do not want to undermine feminist efforts
to bring about a more equitable society. Thus, avowedly feminist scholars have suppressed data on violence by women. … History is full of atrocities carried out in the service of a moral agenda.” (15)
The Violence Against Women Act (VAWA), and the Victims of Crime Act (VOCA) are the two primary vehicles driving social and legal injustices. Both must be reformed. Republican feminist neo-conservatives and liberal feminists mistakenly believe these programs are good. They are wrong: domestic violence and rape cannot be addressed by punishing the wrong person at least half the time, often leaving children to be raised by the real abuser.
Let this be widely understood: the agenda of the latter-day Women’s Ku Klux Klan(16) is not moral, factual, credible, or reasonable. It is a framework for committing organized human rights abuses against men, to destroy marriage, and expand the feminist state established in the 1960’s.
