Feds Wasting $2 Billion To Close Army Post

Leave it to our reckless and feckless federal government to shut down a top-rated Army Fort in New Jersey that's fighting the global war on terror.
The Washington bureaucrats want to vacate Fort Monmouth and rebuild another just like it two hours away in nearby Maryland, with billions of dollars our government really doesn’t have for such wasteful, politically motivated expenditures.
Frankly, the federal government is broke and is up to its eyeballs in debt that exceeds trillions of dollars.
Why is the fat federal government wasting $billion on reinventing the wheel when it doesn’t have to?
Why? Politics as usual.
Yes, Fort Monmouth, founded in the early 20th Century, just happens to be in a deep blue liberal State – New Jersey. Good ole liberalism: Give away the store until its empty with nothing left for the future.
So what? Well, the federal government doesn’t care a wit how it spends taxpayers’ money. Why should they? The federal treasury can print billions of dollars whenever they want.
Printing paper money is highly inflationary. Did you know that the 1960-dollar is worth less than a dime today? We, the consumers and taxpayers, have lost 90 percent of our buying power in less than 50 years.
Welcome to the New America where the Cultural-Sexual Revolution was launched in the 1960s, leading to the escapades of the Baby Boomer generation and the election of Bill Clinton as President, who declared that “Oral sex is not sex,” thus spoiling a generation of youngsters.
America is still trying to recover from the 1990s careless Clinton era with such stupid, narcissist sayings by the President such as “is” is not “is” and “alone” is not” alone.”
Which brings us to Fort Monmouth based in Eatontown, New Jersey. The political madness continues. Both political parties seem to be suffering from the same disease: “Tax-and-Spend” and “Spend-and Tax” to keep expanding a burdensome and oppressive inefficient bloated government that no longer represents the taxpaying voters of America.
We desperately need another American Revolution – the Tax Revolt of 1776 that gave birth to a new nation. Freedom!
We’ve lost that freedom long ago with more and more government taxes and more unreadable rules and regulations than the worse communist dictatorships.
Sadly, America is no longer blessed with such freedom fighters as George Washington, Thomas Jefferson, Benjamin Franklin and Presidents Adams, Madison, Lincoln and Ronald Reagan.
Instead we’re stuck with the likes of Clintons, Bushes and a fraudulent two-party system that represents not the people but special interests under the new, bombastic one-party system now called the “Republicrats.”
Fort Monmouth is only one of thousands of multi-billion-dollar fiscal mistakes made every day by our federal (and you can add State) governments. It’s all about money, power and control – the selfish spenders of the Boomer generation. No sacrifices. Just glory and instant gratification. Gotta have it now, can't wait!
America’s revolutionary heroes and our own “Greatest Generation”(born in the 1920s) are all but gone.
We’re left with unscrupulous and ignorant politicians of the “Me, Me, Me” generation who could care less about the struggling middle-class.
We’re a nation divided between the rich and the poor, with no rationale world statesman like Winston Churchill at the helm.
