The above headline could also have been: Rush Limbaugh: America's Patriot!
There is no other communicator in America who reaches some 20 million listeners a week. Not Sean Hannity. Not Bill O’Reilly. Not Larry King.
What makes Rush Limbaugh the most listened to voice in America?
In one word: RIGHT. He’s right on the issues. He’s right on the future of America. And he’s right on what’s going wrong with the world.
Simply, he’s the only Voice anywhere taking on the Far Left liberal, socialist, Marxists in America – as well as the rest of the world.
I have been listening to Rush Limbaugh since the early 1990s when I was The Newark Star-Ledger’s leading editorial columnist and investigative reporter with scores of awards for my journalistic writings.
I became an internationally syndicated columnist in 2001, the year of the 9/11 terrorists attacks on America – just in time to launch the global syndication of my weekly column, Gordon Bishop on the Issues, with over12 million weekly readers, and still more to come.
Sure, I know the Far Left anti-America Marxists despise, no, HATE, Rush Limbaugh, who sees himself as the “Doctor of Democracy.” I wish Rush would stop saying that “Democracy” stuff. America was founded as a Constitutional Republic with Republicans representing the people.
The word “Democracy” does not appear in any of our founders' writings: The U.S. Constitution, the Bill of Rights, the Declaration of Independence and our national salute to the flag: “And to the Republic,” for which it stands – NOT “And to the Democracy for which it stands.”
The Far Left has so polluted, perverted and produced so much “Democrat/Democracy” falsehoods, that just about every politician – from the President of the United States down to State Legislators and local Mayors – have, along with the corrupt leftist media, absolutely confused the real Truth of America’s Founding: The Republic of the United States of America.
The Greek philosopher Plato warned the world over 2,000 years ago that “Democracy leads to anarchy” (Mob Rule!).
That’s why America today is declining as a world power and leader. Democracy doesn’t lead. It makes workers, taxpayers and voters support an ever-expanding, ever-lasting Democrat form of government: Government control over the populous from the cradle to the grave.
What happened to liberty, freedom and the “rights of the people?”
Those “rights” in America have gone the way of the horse ‘n buggy. Democracy has deadened our once free and brave Republic. We have become slaves to a bankrupt, centralized Government.
The federal government is now the biggest employer in America, while State governments have become the biggest employers in the 50 States.

I look around and what I see is a population dependent on government “entitlements” – none of which are in the U.S. Constitution, or State Constitutions.
Government has taken over our lives like a cancer gnawing away at our economy, our educational and religious institutions.
Tax-and-Spend! Spend-and-Tax! There’s no way out. We’re stuck with unlawful entitlements that the working class can no longer afford.
America’s broke, folks! And the people don’t seem to care.
So much for a sick and getting sicker Democracy sinking the great ship of Faith, Hope and Charity.
With a 51 percent divorce rate, and a 75 percent illegitimate birth rate in Urban America,
We’ve already lost our way.
And it seems to be getting worse each year.
