The Congress has generally announced how stupid they are as well.

It's a given that The Peoples Republik Of Kalifornia is in the tank and it seems Arizona is buying into the scheme.

There is not one single person in the UN with a brain, so opinions from that front have no practical value.

It's pretty much established that the Global Warming hoax is just a Left-Wing whacko scheme to destroy the economies of the Western Countries and make them 3rd-world slums.

Kalifornia is even demanding control of house thermostats in the name of "Global Warming".

I would advise people with a brain in Kalifornia to escape to Arizona, but it seems Arizona has no water left and the government is drifting toward Communism.

Keep in mind anybody that buys the Global Warning scheme falls into one of three categories:

1) Stupid

2) A closet Communist

3) A Profiteer

I can't wait for the crap espoused after 2015.....
