'Will We Have An Election In November?'
By Malcolm Hedges (01/27/08)
It may become a popularity contest based on nothing having to do with the future of the country.
On the Left, we have the three Demercrat candidates and John McCain. Their status is pretty well established. (Granted McCain is probably on the Left due to having been inside the beltway so long that he has no concept of reality)
Kinda On the Right is Mitt Romney. Mr. Romney has great promise if he gets serious and positions himself as pro-America and anti-New World Order.
We must all remember the President does have limited formal powers, but can drift or guide the country toward a favorite direction. Some people seem to grant powers to the President beyond the office.
A variety of Presidential powers can benefit or raise havoc with the overall well being of the country. For that reason, voting for a Presidential candidate can have serious impacts on your personal life.
By default. If you refuse to vote for Romney, you are indirectly voting for Socialism. If you vote for McCain you are directly voting for Socialism.
Romney has yet to fully establish his right to get the vote from non-Socialists. The other candidates have pretty much made his job easier.
Since Thompson has went off to do other things and Huckabee is a reincarnation of Carter, Romney is our only hope.
McCain has been endorsed by the Leftist MSM for the obvious reason.
I we let the Socialists get the Presidency we are in serious trouble, not in the long term but in the real term!
IslamoFascists, LaRaza and environmental whackos (Communists) are dedicated to getting a Socialist President.
No matter how far I look, the only viable candidate for President I can see is Romney. Should he win, he will be faced with serious issues and must assume the position of being a one term President.
Mind you this observation is a result of the field of candidates, nothing for or against Mr. Romney or the other candidates.
Hey,stupid me would be so proud to having been President of the United States for one term if I did what was needed despite public stupidity!
The spoiled and illiterate American street will attack any President that dares to address reality and work to effect a positive correction to the US economic, political and social condition.
After all of this, we are still left with the question "Will We Have An Election In November or a Socialist Commissar Declaration?
