Lettuce Review The Social Security Ponzi Scheme
By Malcolm Hedges (04/03/08)
Some have claimed the individuals that use the Social Security system for their retirement are 'social slugs'.
It seems that one FDR in a rush to adopt a combined glob of Fascist and Socialist schemes created the "Social Security" ponzi system knowing full well that at that point in history few if any would live to collect from the system.
This ponzi scheme was created by the government not by the people!
An obvious flaw was that the involuntary contributions of the working people were generally redirected to various government scams and NOT ever in actual fact every put into the infamous nonexistent "social security trust fund".
Mind you, it seems they actually bothered to write IOU's for the monies redirected. The side effect is that those funds derived some interest rate around ~2% on an annual scale.
Meanwhile, real inflation was far above 2% and people refused to die before getting benefits. So as each year went by ,more and more people believing the BS of the various governments and involuntarily allowed those governments to take more and more of their pay and the promise it was being placed in an nonexistent "social security trust fund".
I get a "life supporting" monthly check from the Social Security System and that is all I ever expected. If the government took my money and pis*ed it away, it's their issue not mine.
Our government "leaders" are hell bent to say they are better and smarter than the "general populace". I paid my "conscripted" dues as well as my employer and expected that the government was NOT lying to us about my future. Somehow, I think I have some considerable less fault than the government members and officials that lied to us.
People that demand or expect a high life on Social Security are either stupid or true social spunges!
I did my work, paid my money into Social Security and stupid me expects the idiots in government to own up to their deal.
