“Oprah, you are stepping onto treacherous territory.
“You are promoting the New Age to such an extent that you have become its doyenne.
“USA Today says of you: ‘She's no longer just a successful talk-show host worth $1.4 billion, according to Forbes' most recent estimate. Over the past year, Winfrey, 52, has emerged as a spiritual leader for the new millennium, a moral voice of authority for the nation.’”
That is what SpiritDaily.com warns Oprah(1). The article is absolutely correct regarding Oprah’s push of New Age spirituality in place of biblical truths.
Oprah is in big trouble with God for not adhering to biblical truths from Genesis to Revelation. She is typical of theological liberals. That is why she is such a darling to Barack Obama.
Theological liberals take what is convenient from the Bible, discarding what they don’t like. Oprah does this all the time.
She speaks of Jesus. Her Jesus is not the biblical Jesus.
Obama speaks of Jesus. His Jesus is not the biblical Jesus.
One cannot have the biblical Jesus and yet support homosexual lifestyles and abortion as Oprah and Obama do.
Oprah’s Jesus is the typical theologically liberal Jesus.
Obama’s Jesus is the Islamic prophet not the incarnate God of the Bible.
The warning to Oprah needs to go out to all who think they can cut up the Word of God to suit their own worldly passions. It won’t work at the Judgment Seat of Christ.
