Illegal Murders After Deported 5 Times
By J. Grant Swank Jr. (04/28/08)
US borders are so porous that criminals are caught, deported, then return to crime spree again.
Demetro Acosta-Uribe, 42, bound Ivan Santos, covered his head with plastic wrap and then shot him per Maricopa County Arizona Attorney Andrew Thomas.
Thomas wants the illegal put to death.
The illegal was sent back to Mexico five times prior, the first being April 1988.
"The murder case is a textbook example of how wide open borders expose the Valley to violent crime," says Thomas.
"It is amazing -- but, sadly, all too common -- that a criminal suspect who had been deported from this country five times was back again committing more crimes.
"The government's continuing failure to control our borders has made Maricopa County's residents vulnerable to the worst kinds of violence."
While Santos was blown away, two others were hiding nearby. Both were bound. But fortunately neighbors got to them before bullets did.
Authorities inform media that the two would have been suffocated with plastic wrap and then shot just as Santos was.
And so the atrocities continues in the United States while Washington DC sits on its hands.
