How To Correct The Socialist Tax Scheme

Every since FDR, the Federal income tax structure has moved further and further toward forwarding Socialism.
And so I will toss out a few items that may well help the situation:
- Establish a core income tax rate of say 10%, every person would be required to pay that rate on any income above the "compensation deduction" after the deductions detailed below were applied if applicable..
- Any cumulative Federal Income Tax adjustment would be proportionally applied to the above core rate. if it went down the core rate would lower, it it went up the core rate would raise.
- Eliminate the marriage penalty, no special treatment just no penalty.
- After 2 children, progressively scale down the income tax credit by 50% for each subsequent child.
- Eliminate the standard deduction and give each person a "compensation deduction" equal to the combined sales tax and income tax of their state.
- Cancel all taxes on savings account interest.
- Provide an education deduction for higher education, however it would NOT be restricted to a 4-year College or University. Any accredited Business, Mechanical, Medical or Technical School tuition would be deductible. The deduction amount would be restricted to the average tuition charged by an accredited Community College + 20% in the state of residence. The deduction would be restricted to a maximum of 5 years.
- Finally the real killer, every person would be able to directly deduct every state tax or "faked" tax (assessment, user fee, or such) that they impose on the particular person filing.
Regards the last item, the 500% and higher "taxation" on cigarettes, beer, liquor, etc would be deductible. Any portion of any tax or fee by the state steered to the "general fund" would be deductible.
~24% of my recent registration of my vehicle was earmarked for the general fund? Cigarettes that should cost about $13.00 per carton run ~$45.00 per carton and then the state tacks a sales tax on top of all their other taxes?
This is just a primitive stab in the dark, however perhaps it will generate further discussion.
