The obvious candidates are El Presidente Bush and Senator Mush-Mind McCain, but wait, others are well deserving of honorable mention.

Bush and McCain have embraced the "Climate Change" and "Global Warming" hoaxes, this is prime evidence of them being just plain stupid.

These are people that should have intelligence and knowledge, however both have announced they don't!

Comrade Hillary and Comrade Obama are openly Left-Wing Progressive Socialists(Demercrats). Their embracing the "Climate Change" and "Global Warming" hoaxes is pretty much expected because both are Left-Wing Progressive Socialist anti-Capitalist schemers. A minor issue is that they want to be President of the United States and preside over its destruction?

On balance, I would suggest the Commissar El Presidente Bush should get the award. Commissar El Presidente Bush was a Governor and actually kinda ran a business or two.

Commissar El Presidente Bush could instantly create a commission to examine and review the "Climate Change" and "Global Warming" premises accompanied by a press conference to announce that the issues are not a given and deserve serious examination, review and study for the national interest. Duh!

McCain is just a Senator, which generally excuses being an idiot. If he want's votes from non-stupid Americans, he better get his head out of his a** ASAP!

The RNC and the McCain campaign will continue to be starved for money until they decide to support the Republic!
