US -vs- Them
By Malcolm Hedges (06/08/08)
Who are US and who are Them? I will attempt a review.
I would venture that "US" is Americans that work hard, run businesses, obey the law, observe basic social standards and try to get along with everybody.
That's obviously a simplification, but the general thrust should be obvious.
Our second simplification is about "Them".
I would venture that "Them" is Americans that seldom work, hate businesses, skirt the law, reject basic social standards and attack everybody that doesn't toe the Socialist party-line.
There a lot of people that don't really care, have no clue or just exist from day to day.
So now that we have an "US" and a "Them", so what?
A general observation is that "US" makes the USA run and "Them" spends most of their time trying to make the USA stop running.
Both groups have identities with political agendas, most of the "US" tends to favor platforms generally right of center, most of the "Them" tends to favor platforms generally left of center.
In modern times most all social tags are brought to us by "Them". The Political Correctness scheme was brought to us by "Them".
The gang in "US" pretty much has forgotten about social tags, wants to be Americans, considers Political Correctness to be the BS that it is and wonders why the government wants to take all of their earnings to give to social slugs.
On this date, "Them" seem to be winning. The economy is crumbling thanks to "Them". Perceived Hate and Racism is expanding exponentially thanks to "Them".
Your energy and food prices(and mine) going bonkers was engineered by "Them", I'm surprised they haven't yet had parades to celebrate.
Prejudice and similar crap is encouraged and embraced by "Them". It's part of their grand scheme.
A minor issue is that there are a hell of a lot more of "US" than "Them"... If you are sick of "Them", get real and squash them!
