Another Progressive Infected 'Information' Channel

I blundered across this gem thanks to the wife, she mentioned several days ago that we had a Science Channel so I have been sampling the offerings.
Generally I have found some very interesting and informative content on "The Science Channel".
However, today I was suddenly being indoctrinated on Global Warming and the terrible consequences of the CO2 crisis.
Not a single mention of the content being commentary, opinion, theory or such minor issues, just a direct representation that the planet is doomed unless CO2 is squashed.
And so it seems "The Science Channel" joins with "The History Channel" as being another Progressive front for spreading the Socialist anti-American message disguised as "fact".
When will we see a program on "The Science Channel" that discusses the fact that we have experienced "global cooling" for some 10 years now and it is expected to continue for some 12 more years? (Thanks to the Earths programming and the Sun)
I would suggest that "on a cold day in hell" may be a good guess.
I will probably watch "The Science Channel" again, but will be much more selective in examining the content.
TV offerings that portend to present factual information, but in fact present politically distorted propaganda (without prominent appropriate disclaimers) should be subject to serious examination by the FTC and such other agencies with jurisdiction.
Material containing commentary, opinion, theory and such would be fine if it contained prominent appropriate disclaimers (able to be read by humans!).
"The Science Channel" and "The History Channel' are both "for-profit" operations and so should be subject the to appropriate regulatory agencies.
