First the etc., it seems our stumbling server has some technical issues and will soon be upgraded to live on a new box.

In the editorial vane, we may actually have a Presidential election.

The Obama house of cards is wavering and McCain might be deciding to actually run for President.

The MSM is taking a serious look at the Obama machine and someare hearing the squeaking bearings.

Both candidates are political hacks, but Obama seems to be emerging as the great faker. McCain is not a serious faker, just a bumbler.

Whatever is going on, Americans need a President that has his head out of his rear end and considers America as his country.

It's pretty obvious that Obama has no serious identity with anything beyond Socialism. That's his option.

In the last couple of days, the McCain campaign has almost looked like it may become serious, the truth is yet to be revealed...

It's only the 1st of August, things could get interesting or more boring,

After High School in Oregon and a semester at Arizona State, I tried a few options and then went off to the Army from '64 to '73. Got some good schooling under the "old" GI bill in Tucson, which gave me an AS in Business. For various reasons landed in LA, and by '78 became a "Test Engineer". Along that path I had some very interesting positions including 6 1/2 years on the Space Telescope, for economic reasons I jumped Silicon Valley and returned to Tucson in 1993. No real jobs in Tucson, so relocated to the Phoenix area in 1995. '95 -'04 various contract and "permanent" positions in all kinds of interesting areas. Jan '05 was "retirement" time. So just tend to 80+ websites and try to find time to relax :=) On the side, I am the Editor of American Daily.
