'Are The FDA and FTC in Bed with Pharmaceutical Drug Pushers?'

It is a valid concern in light of ongoing efforts by the FDA and FTC to exterminate "health supplements" while looking the other way regards questionable drug advertising by Pharmaceutical Drug Pushers. The Pharmaceutical Drug Pushers do some great things, the question is do they do not so great things to cover overhead?
Lettuce try a simplistic examination, that may prompt further review at official levels.
- Pain killers and relievers saturate the media, but yet have I seen a prominent disclaimer that warns the user that the product only hides the symptom and does NOT address the real problem causing the pain.
- Some "supplements" have been banned because they did wondrous things that hurt the bottom line of Pharmaceutical Drug Pushers? How dare a "supplement" costing 5% of the Pharmaceutical Drug Pushers problematic product be allowed to stay on the market?
- Why do Pharmaceutical Drug Pushers essentially refuse to market and sell well documented "supplements" as such? They already have the facilities to process, produce and market quality "supplements".
- As you watch most "drug adverts", careful attention reveals that if your are alive the content advises good luck after taking our "wonder drug".
- Even Viagra and all its variations warn you that you may go blind or die if you use the stuff? They say "call your doctor", if you are blind or dead?
If you dare go to a doctor, the first thing out of their mouth is to write a prescription for a drug?
Supplements work! If they didn't work customers would and will stop spending money on them! I take supplements and most of them deliver far beyond their suggested value!
There are some quality control issues with some "supplement" vendors, I suggest that it may be because the FDA and FTC want them to fail so that the Pharmaceutical Drug Pushers can push their plastic (and often very dangerous) over the counter and prescription medications.
If The FDA and FTC are not in Bed with Pharmaceutical Drug Pushers there is no substantive evidence to suggest it.
As an aside: Remember Doctors(Physicians, MD's) without patients have no income. Simple economics demands that patients be placated but not cured.
Example: In 2000, I suffered from swelling of my feet for no obvious reason. I was tested and tested and tested.. Never an answer. Eventually the problem went away?
In 2006 or 2007, the symptom started to come back... I mentioned it to my chiropractor and he fixed it in about 30 seconds or so.. Messed up foot alignment!
A common supplement will correct cholesterol problems for many if not most people, Physicians and the FDA call it total bunk?
A common supplement attacks and exterminates viruses(Cold, Flu, Ulcers, etc) that Doctors(Physicians, MD's) just throw up their hands and admit defeat????
Just remember the FDA and FTC are just Progressive Socialist Bureaucrats that are lucky to find their way to work each day and they get to decide whether you and I live or die?
Doctors(Physicians, MD's) have pretty much become business entities trying to survive. It's not entirely all their fault, the Government in various ways has forced it upon them.
