The Demercrats managed to pretty much cripple if not collapse the International financial systems. Historical data suggests that a 'bad' economy favors the challenging political party, however destruction of the economy for a perceived political gain is another question.

In spite of the best efforts of the Demercrats the price of diesel and gasoline is actually approaching something reasonable.

As each day wanders by the "evidence" that Barack Obama is a sham empty suite(yes, suite) presented to grab the Presidency and be utilized to bring about the demise of the Republic.

Comrade Obama may well manage to get elected! Our country is full of "voters" that have no clue about anything but feeling good and having fun. The Comrade Obama message is that he will make sure they will feel good and have fun.

Comrade Obama fails to mention that his scheme(s) will result in general collapse in the economy and abstract poverty for all the "unwashed masses" that voted for him.

The "New Media" is exposing the Obama machine on a daily basis and so the win by that machine is not so much as a grand slam as they are advertising.

After High School in Oregon and a semester at Arizona State, I tried a few options and then went off to the Army from '64 to '73. Got some good schooling under the "old" GI bill in Tucson, which gave me an AS in Business. For various reasons landed in LA, and by '78 became a "Test Engineer". Along that path I had some very interesting positions including 6 1/2 years on the Space Telescope, for economic reasons I jumped Silicon Valley and returned to Tucson in 1993. No real jobs in Tucson, so relocated to the Phoenix area in 1995. '95 -'04 various contract and "permanent" positions in all kinds of interesting areas. Jan '05 was "retirement" time. So just tend to 80+ websites and try to find time to relax :=) On the side, I am the Editor of American Daily.
