Lieberman Time

Time for Lieberman to Demonstrate the Courage of his Convictions - Joe Lieberman took a stand for American security and American troops. He took a stand with a war hero and a real reformer in the 2008 election, against a massive leftist steamroller that had long ago stolen control of the once patriotic Democrat Party.
His fellow Democrats gave him the boot and forced him to run as an Independent to keep his senate seat, while doing all they could via Ned Lamont to destroy him. After he won his seat back as an Independent, his fellow Democrats sidelined him in the Democrat Congressional Caucus, like some traitor.
Now, his fellow Democrats seek vengeance for Lieberman’s defection and failure to march in lockstep behind DNC “messiah” Barack Obama.
As the most ostracized member of today’s Democrat Caucus, what is keeping Joe Lieberman from demonstrating the courage of his convictions? Why has he not already changed his political affiliation to the party that really represents his political views, where he would be welcomed as a hero of sorts for taking a stand against the most far left movement in American history?
If he is waiting for a formal invitation, would some idiot in the GOP please send him one? The GOP needs more men with the backbone to take a stand for what’s right even when facing brutal retribution from within their own ranks!
As for Lieberman, come on Joe!
How long are you going to play a whipping post for Democratic Socialists running roughshod over you and your old party faithful before you summon up the courage to leave the past behind and forge a new future in a party that represents American principles and values?
You know better than I what the new Democratic Party has in store for the American people. Now is your chance to stand with patriots in official opposition and stop putting past partisan fantasies of reconciliation ahead of freedom and liberty.
Make the switch Joe and do it now, with style!
