It Seems I Was Kinda Close To Being Correct About Our Future

A very much respected prognosticator has declared he and his team believe that he "...sees a tax rebellion in America by 2012, food riots, squatter rebellions, job marches"(1). It's a bit milder than my rants, but essentially in the same vain.
The "government" is dedicated to mucking up the works to the best of their ability.
We will get a mild pause before deep Depression because of the lowering of gasoline and oil prices, however Congress is planning to leap into the breach and raise gas taxes significantly to quash that relief.
President-Elect Obama has promised that he and his minions will inflate energy prices until the economy crumbles. As that procedure moves forward civil unrest will explode.
The Nanny State is already starting to shut down and the system will be lucky to remain operational much into 2010...
Political and Social anarchy will raise its ugly head by the summer of 2009 and escalate from then forward escalate.
Nobody bothers to notice that the cost of electricity is being artificially inflated as each day passes by Progressives and Socialist Greens at all levels of government, at some point the economy will start to shrink significantly.
We need gasoline and diesel for transportation, but it means little if there is nothing to drive or haul to...
As electricity becomes rationed or priced beyond ability - businesses, food, heat, Radio, TV and the Internet will become luxury's for the Socialist Elite Leadership.
Somewhere along this downward curve, the oppressed sheathing masses will rise up, and either squash the oppressors or be annihilated by the "Police State"...
I put my money on the summer of 2009 or 2010 for the big shakeup. We will see...
