Unions: Another Socialist Dream Scheme
By Malcolm Hedges (12/04/08)
Unions cripple the companies they infest. Productivity is restrained and wages inflated just for grins.
Not such a small number of American companies and industries have been destroyed by Unions.
Many others struggle thru every single day to remain competitive and profitable.
Unions are essentially a self-serving bureaucracy designed to subvert the Capitalistic endeavors of their host.
Vibrant competitive operations not impeded by Union slugs often have much better benefits and pay for their employees.
For the whiners: Yes there are companies that abuse their employees particularly demanding "salaried" workers work as much as 80 hours+ per week.
Those companies rightfully suffer from huge employee turnover, outrageous training and hiring expenses - combined with substandard employee productivity.
A company that respects its employees gets substantial returns for its efforts.
A Company or organization that is invaded by a Union has its hands tied and is doomed to low productivity combined with artificially inflated labor costs.
