My Bad! Every Year I Have Honored Frank Sinatra On AD and I Goofed!
By Editor (12/24/08)
Frank's birthday was in December as is mine. Frank was born on December 12, 1915. He became a member of a select few 'true entertainers', there are few around in 2008.
Frank physically left us in 1998, but his legacy will live forever.
Frank managed to become a seriously recognized "Actor" by people not just critics. His real shining was as a live "entertainer".
His "Rat Pack" and many other personal appearances and concerts were a true joy.
Like all "entertainers", he had highs and lows in his career. Personally I find the cycles after his first "retirement" were far the most productive and rewarding.
Some MSM hacks said his voice was broken many years before his death, BS!
I have expended some several several dollars and now have a serious collection of Frank's live and recorded efforts.
When I have the time and inclination, I can grab a CD or DVD and enjoy the yet to be matched expertise of one "Frank Sinatra"...
