It's Time To Stop Playing Games With These People
By Jon Alvarez (05/11/04)
So that's how these barbarians want to have it, huh? Thanks to Hollywood, CBS, the Democrats, and the social malcontents of the left, the radical Islamic terrorists have become so emboldened that they feel they can not only murder and burn American contractors, they've now resorted to capturing and beheading them. It's time to stop playing games with these rabid dogs and put them down once and for all.
he rationale offered for beheading Nick Berg is that this was a direct response to the Iraqi prison abuses. Well, here's the appropriate response to beheading an American: For every town where an American contractor or soldier is abducted or harmed, we should enact a roadblock to prevent any militants from departing said town. After a 24 hour grace period for women and children to leave said town, the United States military will drop a MOAB or tactical nuke on said town. In other words, it's time to begin systematically destroying the havens of these madmen and send a strong message to all of the world.
Our enemies at home have, by their words and deeds, emboldened our enemies abroad. Enough is enough. Shamefully, these "Americans" have politicized this war to the extent to which they have given the terrorists the idea that if they can shock the American public enough, as in Somalia, we will demand a withdrawal of our forces from Iraq.
It's time to stop squabbling over political power and deal with the threat at hand in a UNITED and DECISIVE manner. To the Islamic terrorist cowards around the world, it's time to send them a clear and decisive message: Do Not Mess With America. Obviously these sick and twisted barbarians know only one thing, and that is force. I say, let's give it to them. If they thought their treatment at Abu Ghraib was bad, they ain't seen nothing yet.
I hope those bickering Bickersons in Congress will do the right thing. Like the WWII generation, we are at a crossroads in that we are confronted with evil and must deal with it decisively. Nick Berg's murder should serve as a wake up call, just like 9/11. I pray those who have hindered and obstructed the War on Terror will come to their senses and realize that we are dealing with an enemy as dangerous as Nazi Germany and Imperial Japan. Both of those countries felt the brunt of American power and extremists in Iraq need to feel it to. We will never win this war if we wage it as a politically-correct war. Dust off the nukes, it's time for some BBQ.
