Beautiful Sounds After An Election
By Irwin N. Graulich (11/09/04)
There is no sound as beautiful as a whimpering, disoriented liberal on November 3rd, 2004.
There is no sound as beautiful as the disappearing act and absolute quiet from Terry McAuliffe, nowhere to be found after Election Day.
There is no sound as beautiful as hearing about a John Kerry telephone call to President Bush, explaining that he is calling off the 10,000 attack dogs aka lawyers, and has conceded the election.
There is no sound as beautiful as the news that therapists in Boston, New York City, Chicago, Los Angeles and San Francisco are totally booked for a month solid, due to the extreme depression rampant among their populations.
There is no sound as beautiful as The New York Times headline screaming after Election Day about "The Surging Youth Vote Going For Kerry," still not wishing to confront reality.
There is no sound as beautiful as slick trial lawyer aka false witness extraordinaire, John Edwards, Esq., attempting to spin a victory out of a mandated defeat, while explaining how he accomplished a great deal (sic) during the campaign.
There is no sound as beautiful as "Ex-Senator" Tom Daschle.
There is no sound as beautiful as "First Lady" Laura Bush.
There is no sound as beautiful as Ted Kennedy making up all kinds of sophisticated left/liberal excuses for where the Party went wrong in losing the presidency and both houses of Congress.
There is no sound as beautiful as huckster Al Sharpton speaking in a modest, respectful, almost humble tone about the future of the Democrats, and not having a desire to continue smearing "Tawana feces" in our faces.
There is no sound as beautiful as leftist professors on campuses canceling classes to "gather their thoughts and deal with the coup" in America.
There is no sound as beautiful as hearing the anti-American, pro-European, pro UN, arrogant, unappreciative Teresa Heinz Kerry in absolute shock, making pathetic excuses for losing.
There is no sound as beautiful as listening to Dan Rather, Peter Jennings, Chris Mathews, Ron Reagan, James Carville, Paul Begala, et al, squirming as more definitive election results were confirmed during the wee hours of the night.
There is no sound as beautiful as the shutting down of cameras and film crew by Michael Moore in Florida, after he attempted to record "another crooked election," with disenfranchised voters and ballots fraudulently hidden in Republican basements.
There is no sound as beautiful as Bruce Springsteen not singing his off key, raspy protest music.
There is no sound as beautiful as union leaders angrily packing up their propaganda, filled with blaming the Bush administration for lack of jobs, healthcare, social security funds, etc., when it is actually those same corrupt "fat cats" who have made the greatest contribution to domestic problems.
There is no sound as beautiful as the golden silence of Hollywood.
There is no sound as beautiful as not hearing Jacques Chirac congratulating George Bush, but instead showing his extreme concern for the life of the father of modern terrorism, Yasser Arafat.
There is no sound as beautiful as the statements of Kofi Anan, Osama bin Laden, Kim Jong il, Fidel, al Qaeda and all the other terrorist supporting entities who thought they had isolated and brought down the Bush-Cheney Administration with words like "occupiers, unilateralists, arrogance and civilian casualties."
There is no sound as beautiful as another red state being called. The North saved the Union in the 19th century, while the South and those great red states will save America in the 21st century. This New Yorker, certainly thanks you from the bottom of his heart with the beautiful sound of "God Bless Y'all!"
