Judge John Roberts: Not A Hillary Friendly Choice

Appointing Judge John Roberts Associate Justice of the United States Supreme Court is going to create problems few people are talking about. Voting to confirm him without getting assurances that he will not go back on his abortion on demand stance is not going to sit well in Hillary's desperate race to win over red states. Her differences with the pro-abortion groups and extreme secularists certainly aren't going to mend either.
Jeb Bush stands to reap most of the rewards of this situation. That goes without saying (even though I just did). He would not be a likely recommendation for the Republican Party for 2008, but stranger things have happened.
What's her counter action going to be? At this point we can only speculate. But with Hillary's laundry list of inappropriate statements, and negative comments to the wrong people, this isn't going to stay unremarked very long.
