Is Hillary losing her luster?

According to Rasmussen Reports 27% of voters say they will definitely vote for Hillary in 2008 if she runs. 42% overall would vote for Giuliani to her 39%. That's a 3 point lead in a combined vote poll.
Has Hillary lost her luster? She's dropping in support. She could be seeing some backlash from many people that don't appreciate her politicizing Katrina. She could also be seeing problems arising from the rarely mentioned Democratic 'civil war' that's brewing right now behind the scenes. This isn't a new issue, it's been brewing since 2003.
From reports by Simon Rosenberg Hillary could easily end up right in the middle if she's not careful, which has never been an asset of hers. According to Rosenburg,
“It’s between our ‘governing class’ here and activists everywhere else.â€
She's already slipping in support. becoming associated with such a battle could easily damage her support beyond repair. Not only is she fighting the Republican party, she's got to battle people within her own.
Thankfully Giuliani would beat Hillary by a solid 3 points if elections were held right now. Could there really be that many undecided voters that Hillary could regain some strength? Or has he problematic polarizing personality pitted so many people on one side or the other campaigning won't affect their decision?
