Liberals Complain About Iraq, Yet Kill Millions

The Liberal agenda since we went into Iraq has been to strongly protest the Iraq War and to demonize the Republican Party as having sent men and women over to be killed. What they seem to disregard, is that it is not only Democrats whose sons and daughters are over there. But listening to the MSM one would certainly think so, just as one might be under the impression that only Blacks lost their homes and possessions in Katrina.
I honestly do not know anyone who likes war in this nation. I do know people who understand the need for it, as I do. It is a necessary evil but one that must be undertaken in order to remain safe in these perilous times in which we live.
And even before this war, all we heard from Liberals when they wanted an agenda pushed, was “It’s for the children.” Laws have been changed under that premises numerous times, from school bus safety, to seat belt laws, and on and on. Not that all of the laws in place to protect children are wrong, but it has been used as an excuse to raise taxes, shove socialized healthcare down our throats, as well as beef up an already defunct and bloated welfare system.
What gets me is the lack of common sense when it comes to Liberals and their views. They get so caught up with whatever keywords and agendas that they fire off the typical DNC propaganda without ever stopping to see the hypocrisy involved in their movement.
This current spewing of hatred towards Conservatives concerning Iraq is a great example. Looking back at the wars in the last century and this one we can count the approximate casualties from each one.
WWI: 126,000
WWII: 405,399
Vietnam: 58,148
Korea: 54,246
Desert Storm: 148
Iraq War: 2179 as of Oct. 2005
This accounts for less than three quarter of a million men and women. Cindy Sheehan has been on the warpath screaming stupidity at the President and his administration along with celebrities, and many other Liberals who jump on the train and begin howling at the moon before thinking about things.
Yet, since Roe vs. Wade, there have been over 47 million abortions in this nation, which in my opinion severely undermines the Liberal fake concern for children or the death that war brings. I also cannot fathom how a Liberal, in their confusing ways can call it a fetus in one legal situation, and a blob of flesh in another? For example, if a man causes a woman to lose her baby in any stage, he is convicted of manslaughter. If a woman does it, it is considered a blob of flesh and called abortion. The perfect example of this was the two young people out East that conspired to have her lose her child by her boyfriend hitting her in the stomach.
And she lost the child. He was bought up on charges for killing a baby, and though she was involved 100% with him, there was no law they could arrest her under. One was tried, the other walked away. The law was literally split in two due to gender, which is what I thought the Liberals wanted to do away with, any type of general discrimination in this nation. That is unless they have a higher agenda they desire to keep afloat, in this case abortion. So they allow the law to be manipulated simply to fit their abortion agenda.
They do this with Minorities, all the time yelling about rights, yet they are the ones who keep them dependent of the government under the guise of seeking equality. And one never seems to hear that it was the Republican Party who passes more laws to bring Blacks into a society where they would indeed be equal. Fortunately, many minorities are beginning to see this and are now seeing the Democrats as a government entity that simply uses them to obtain votes, regardless of what is actually done on paper.
And now we see this movement to discredit our president by constantly screaming about the 2179 or so lives lost in this conflict. And no yelling from the Left as to the millions of dead babies lost to their laws in this country.
They scream about a womans’ right to HER body. And I agree. I just do not agree that the baby in her womb is HER body. It is an American citizen with rights. Just ask Scott Peterson who was convicted of the murder of his unborn child. Had Laci aborted that child, it would be just another number to add to the millions.
One would think Liberals would take up the cause for men who are unfairly treated in this situation. His life upon impregnating a woman is completely in the hands of that woman. If she decides to keep it, he pays support for 21 years. If she decides to kill it, he lives with the loss of his child. He has no choice, and of course I have argued with Liberals who always say” he should have kept his pants zipped.” But even if that were the case, no one forced her to dance with the devil either. They have taken the Equal Rights causes that were fought for in this nation for decades, and have now simply turned the tables and allowed the scale of justice to lean far in the other direction.
So here we are with the Left crying publicly about all the American casualties in Iraq, for no good reason they say. We had no right; it was an illegal war they whine on. Those innocent Iraqis getting killed all the time, what about them?
Well Liberals, if you are truthfully concerned about innocent people getting killed and sons and daughters dying needlessly for a selfish cause, what can be more selfish than to take the life of an innocent baby for the sake of expedience or for shame of social humiliation? Burning babies alive in the womb and rending them in parts to remove them from the womb of a woman who does not want everyone to think she is a tramp. Or because she made a choice that will affect her financially and she refuses to carry the burden she can easily and legally make a man shoulder by keeping that child.
I do not wish to hear the incessant whining on soldiers who volunteered to serve this nation, dying for a cause that will keep the Islamic militants more aloof from our shores. I do not want to hear how much you care for the children and wish to glean billions more from a failed school system and be misappropriated.
I wish to listen to the truth of what is best for Americas’ children. And quite simply, that truth is to let them live without interference from a selfish mother who would rather be guilty of murder than to live with the stigma of being pregnant.
If more women were legally forced to accept that choice financially and socially, unwanted pregnancies would be aborted before they ever began. Taking away that onus only empowers them to take the easy way out. Sort of takes the “roar” out of the modern woman, no?
That is what I call true concern for the equality and welfare of a child.
